Maria Psarev
Founder / Principal Designer
About the founder
Maria Psarev brings over a decade of experience in Architecture, Construction, and Engineering. Growing up surrounded by European craftsmanship—where her father, a stucco artisan, still designs and creates elaborate columns and decorative entries—she fostered a love for creating spaces that blend artistry and function.
While earning dual degrees in Architecture and Civil Engineering from Kennesaw State University, Maria gained hands-on construction experience and developed her skills in civil engineering site planning. She then progressed to architectural design roles, contributing to local government projects and later specializing in commercial and industrial spaces, where she refined her expertise in creating functional, efficient, and aesthetically compelling environments.
MP Design was born from a partnership with a former mentor, combining Maria’s passion for high standards, versatile design solutions, and timeless, detail-driven spaces. Today, the firm takes a holistic approach to transform local commercial spaces, telling their unique story through every detail.
